How long does it take for you to take action if there’s a malfunction at night?
> Our service desk is manned 24/7. There is no engineer getting called out of bed, but instead we have an alert service desk employee present who will take immediate action should something occur.

Is it possible to compare performance of the different cloud providers?
> Certainly. This is a crucial element for us in determining the best environment for an application.

Imagine one platform turns out to be considerably cheaper than another, is it possible to easily move the application load in this case?
> This differs per application. In particular the underlying data (quantity) and the possible dependencies are determining factors. However, we will do our very best to realise it. We have something to prove after all: the right workload in the right place!

Monitoring the functionality of all components that make up our service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but also the monitoring and optimising of performance with regards to infrastructure, applications, databases and processes in general – that’s staying informed.

Reporting

We can identify, analyse and report changes on all layers of the environment with regards to incident and problem management, as well as audits. And that’s not all. We can also gather data to determine as well as prove the root cause of a problem. Subsequently, we will present solutions and/or steps to solve the problem. We also report all possible metrics of an environment online and in real-time if desired.
